Just like new. Since 2020 all of the flooring has been replaced on both the main level and in the basement. Plus the owners have installed a new furnace and duct work, water heater and central air as well as replacing the range, refridgerator and dishwasher, back splash and counter top in kitchen The basement has been finished resuting in a carpeted family room, shelved storage area, master bedroom ensuite with granite counter top and oversized shower...bedroom, bath and large walk in closet....New electrical was inistalled in basement as well as plumbing for the new bathroom, drywall, carpet, ceiling tiles, wood floors, doors and shelving. Basement is now completely livable. Roof was new in June of 2011. The only thing the basement still needs is an egress window. Every wall was painted. The wall between the kitchen and living area was opened up giving the area a much more open feeling.
